How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Malaysia takes 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over RM250 within Malaysia. Some products also qualify for free shipping regardless of order value.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How do I initiate a return?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Custom or personalized items, used equipment, and items from final sales cannot be returned. Please check product descriptions for specific terms.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
