At ProMax Hockey Malaysia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at promaxhockey@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher-value item, you'll be charged the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items without original packaging and tags
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased during promotional sales (final sale items)
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
